I was incredibly nervous about choosing a building contractor for my extension, but I have been extremely pleased with choice of Morlan and couldn’t have asked for more. Morlan Building Contractors recently undertook a small building project to remodel and renovate the interior of my house. Alongside his team he built the veterinary surgery I wished for but also contributed to the design, offering helpful solutions to problems as they arose, such as the discovery of a well under the utility corridor. An example of this is when I phoned him on a cold Sunday afternoon to report the padlock to the gates securing the building site had broken. He immediately visited to fix the problem with zero chastisement that I had created a problem on a weekend.
