I was incredibly nervous about choosing a building contractor for my extension, but I have been extremely pleased with choice of Morlan and couldn’t have asked for more. I chose them as they were very concerned about not pressurising me into a decision, the quote was detailed and well laid out and they were easy to talk to. It has been such a relief to find someone I could trust while I was out at work, who turned up on time, worked solidly throughout the day (through some pretty awful weather), kept a really tidy site, were respectful to my neighbours (they have all been impressed) and most importantly have done a really good job. What I thought was going to be an incredibly stressful experience, has turned out to be truly enjoyable. A large part of this is due to the team’s project management skills and excellent communication, that has shielded me from the stresses that I was anticipating. Morlan Building Contractors recently undertook a small building project to remodel and renovate the interior of my house.
