How does it work?

This would include a site visit to talk about you requirements, discuss any potential planning issues that may arise, advise on likely costs and any savings that could possibly be made.

We then leave you have a think about what's been discussed and , If then you're happy with the information you've received, we will the arrange a meeting with one of our friendly, local architects

Your architect

The architect would then arrange a visit discuss in more detail about the work to be done and produce drawings suitable for planning permission. The architect will also agree his or her fee for the drawings, which is payable directly to them.

At this point, you can either apply for planning permission yourself or the architect can do it for you.

Planning Granted

Once planning permission is granted we would give you a full, item specific quote for the work to be done and would invite you to obtain quotes from other building companies for comparison. We are confident in both our services and our prices.

Then, you're ready to
